Terms & Conditions

• Night Charges of Rs 150 will be added to the invoice at the end of the trip (Incase the trip starts or Ends between 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM)
• Overtime Charges of Rs 2 per minute will be added to the invoice at the end of the trip (Incase the trip exceeds package time)
• In case of damage to the vehicle or any violation of traffic laws performed by the driver, Charges will be recovered from the driver's payout. Driver account will remain suspended until he clears his dues. The information must be reported to support@tatd.in by the customer in writing at the same time as the incident.
• To investigate theft/loss would be the sole responsibility of the driver and customer and a matter of police investigation. TAT D will not compensate for any loss to the driver or customer
• TAT D shall undertake commercially reasonable efforts to bring you into contact with a Driver in order to avail the Services, subject to the availability of Drivers in or around your location at the moment of your request for the Services.
• TAT D provides a technology-based service that enables the hiring of drivers by commuters/ passengers for a point-to-point pick-up and dropoff Service, within city limits and outside city limits, through the Application in mobile telecommunications devices and through the Website. The Service is designed to offer you information and a means of obtaining short-term private driver solutions to coordinate point-topoint and round-trip private driver services, at your request. As a User, you authorize a driver to operate your vehicle and make decisions on your behalf during a period of time designated by you.
• TAT D itself does not provide transportation services. It is up to the User to offer transportation. TAT D only acts as an intermediary between the Driver and you. The provision of the Services by the Driver to you is, therefore, subject to the agreement (to be) entered into between the Driver and you. TAT D shall under no circumstance be a party to such agreement. TAT D disclaims any and all liability in respect of the Drivers including any claims of employment or any vicarious liability arising out of the Service or otherwise.
