I would like to request that this driver shoul never assigned to me again for any future bookings. I also request that he should not assigned to my sister’s account. My name is Rimsha Sayed and my sister’s name is Eram Faridi. We both have separate Tatd accounts. Please ensure this driver should not assigned to either of us in the future. If he is assigned by mistake, I will have no option but to cancel the booking. I want to clarify that I am not giving him a bad rating because he is a skilled driver and drove safely. However, I was uncomfortable with his professionalism. Firstly, throughout the journey he repeatedly discussed religious matters. I respect all religions, and I believe such personal discussions should not take place during a professional ride. It made me uncomfortable. Secondly, I was disappointed by what happened regarding food. In the afternoon, I specifically told him to take his lunch on time while I was occupied. Later at night, while I was celebrating my brother’s birthday, he told me that I should have arranged dinner for him and questioned why I had not asked him about food. I found this unprofessional. If he had any dietary restrictions or a personal rule that he does not eat after midnight, he should have informed me in advance. Instead, he raised the issue only at the end of the trip, which made me feel uncomfortable. Whenever I book a driver for long hours, I usually tip them with extra cash as a gesture of appreciation, and my booking history will reflect that. However, I do not believe it is appropriate for a driver to expect or ask a customer to arrange meals unless that is part of the service policy. For these reasons, I do not wish to use this driver again. This is not out of personal dislike, but because I did not feel comfortable with his conduct. I respectfully request that he is never assigned to either my account or my sister’s account for any future bookings. Thank you for your understanding.
